No problem! If you’re nearby, you’re very welcome to collect your order directly from us - free of charge. Just select the ‘Local Collection’ option at checkout, and we’ll be in touch when your order is ready.

Delivery and Shipping Information

We currently ship to the UK and the USA, using reliable Royal Mail services to get your order safely to you.

UK Delivery

• Postage starts from just £0.90 and goes up to a maximum of £3.60 per order.
• Cards are posted using second class mail but all orders over £7.00 are sent using a tracked 48 service.
• Orders are lovingly packed and dispatched within 3 working days.
• Express options are available if you need your order a little sooner.

USA Delivery

• International shipping takes around 7 - 10 working days once dispatched.
• Orders under £7 will be sent via International Standard delivery which is £4.20.
• For orders over £7 you’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel’s journey. The cost of the tracked delivery service is £14.90.
  

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out — once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes.

We don’t currently offer next-day delivery, but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, we send all orders Duty Tariff paid but any local customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping cost.
